The staff offered fast registration. The room was clean.
The beach service was really poor. I requested a refreshing towel at 2:30 PM. The employee told me to wait until 3 to 3:30 PM, this was not acceptable. I asked again at 3:35 PM, and he asked me to wait again, then I got it at 4 PM.

Really good Staff and Beautiful Setting

The breakfast offered many choices. Guests could help themselves to yoghurts, fruit, and cereals. Cooked breakfast options included eggs, omelettes, bacon, and eggs benedict all freshly prepared. Housekeeping kept the room in top condition.
I found that the beach service could be improved. It took a very long time to order and receive food and drinks. The drinks did not meet the expected standard for this hotel.

The hotel featured a lovely piano bar great for evening cocktails. A tasty bar food menu was available throughout the day. There was also a convenient small supermarket located across the street.

The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. The sensus restaurant staff was super efficient. Housekeeping kept my room very clean and tidy throughout my stay I did appreciate it.

My room provided a partial sea view. It was located in the newer building. I found this aspect particularly appealing and it definitely added value to my visit overall and enhanced my experience.
